We travelled to Acapulco from Mexico city via executive bus which cost 24.00 each way for a 5 hour journey with loads of leg room and complimentary drinks and snacks. Acapulco is very busy and a bit run down. A long way from the glitz and glamour portrayed from the 60's. The beaches were sandy but the sea was quite rough, and a bit dirty. There were a lot of hawkers on the beach trying to sell souvenirs. We went and watched the cliff divers which were great. Eating out wasn't that easy. Tour Operator: independant
