Do not go here. The photos look nice enough and it sure is pretty but: They set you up with a tour guide who will only take you shopping to see his friend. Management apparently "lost" our reservation and wanted 5 times the price. It took an hour of bargaining to get the price down to a more reasonable price and even then it was more than our original booking. DO NOT STAY HERE. They were really rude and really ruined our trip.

The hotel looked nice enough, but unfortunately our first encounter with management was not a good one. We paid extra for a family room to accommodate up to 4 persons with a andalusian garden view. They first gave us a room two single beds and view of the main road. I told them I wasnt happy, they just said "there is only two of you, why do you need a bigger room". This wasnt the point, its what we had booked. I'm expecting and have a two year old child, thus was happy to pay the little extra. After alot of hostility he agreed to show me some of their rooms that I could select from. Initially he insisted that the view of rows of trees at the front of the hotel was THE GARDEN view. He also insisted that there were no rooms that could accommodate four persons. He showed me rooms that he would allow me to select from, not anything similar to what we booked. We ended up with a king size bed with the real garden view. Breakfast was suppose to be served until ten o clock...well I guess it was but the selection much less after 9ish as the dishes were not re-filled by the staff. I requested housekeeping to iron a shirt...The lady brought it back still half creased...apparently thats the best they can do if you dont request the item to be washed at an additional cost. The so called minibar was an empty mini fridge which we had problems with in both rooms...the door would not close. Finally, we are back home...but yet cannot forget our stay...we both ate mainly from at the Zalagh Parc Palace and both have very upset stomachs!! Overall I would try a different hotel next time, but as we got such a good deal on the cost we were happy to grin and bear it for a few days.
