As if you are in exclusive Western-city apartment. All amenities (even clothes/dish washers, microwave, all silverware) except for explicit appliance (including telephone & TV) instructions. Reception staff extremely helpful & friendly (and, speak English). Only negatives: Restaurant next door very noisy late at night, confusion on how to contact reception from apartment (telephone), and no taxi driver at Warsaw airport is familiar with this hotel. I would recommend patronizing (noisy!) next door restaurant: don't speak English, but the food is excellent! Tour Operator: www.hotels.com
