The Hotel Girassol is situated in the lido area about 2 kilometres from the centre of Funchal. It is close to a good selection of restaurants and couple of low key bars. The rooms are a high standard and larger than average. A nice swimming pool and small but attractive gardens. It does not suffer from traffic noise as it is just off the main coast road.
