Just got back from these apartments on 29 May '07. Absolutely loved it, all studios and apartments over look the pool area.
Plenty of sun beds with free matresses. Studios are well equipped with hairdryer and large mirror above sink and lovely clean tiles. Kitchen has table, kettle, toaster and a microwave. Living area has 2 beds and a table with 4 chairs. Television with English channels, 2 arm chairs, sofa, coffee table and floor and table lamps. Patio has 2 sun loungers with matress and 4 chairs and table. Pool bar does a nice breakfast. The strip is about a 10 minute walk away.
Outside the Tropical Sol is a lovely bakery and a supermarket at the roundabout. Just past the bakery is a bar called Angelus. They do a karaoke a few nights a week and their lager is only €1,50 on their happy hour! Great hotel!
