beautifull and tranquil - Abbey Rei. Date of travel: Jun 2005
Visited Colina da Lapa June 05 - it was totaly beautiful, tranquil and gave us the rest we needed. The resturant was good with excellent food and service - my husband is Portuguese and he thought the food was good so it must be!! The town was great with some good beaches, its not really a puby clubby place which suited us, except fot the african jazz club ( a local secret) where we danced all night!!
Guess it would be very different during the school hols, but they seem to have the family thing well catered for too.
