Due to misleading directions and being given an incorrect telephone number, I could not find the Flamingo B&B. I had paid €300 upfront for 3 nights (I know, very stupid). I ended up paying another (very expensive) hotel. Though the fault was entirely due to the wrong directions (which are still on the website today) I neither received an apology nor even a refund of the second and third nights. Nothing. The owner asked me to send the details of the other hotels and I assumed I would get some compensation, but the last I heard from him was over a month ago. DON'T be fooled into paying before you go there, as there appears to be neither cancellation policy or any type of customer service.

The location of The Kita Inn was very good, but if it was a Bed and Breakfast, it only provided a bed, there was no breakfast fixings for 2 of the 3 mornings we were there. For $60 a night, it was expensive, but from what I hear, that's to be expected in Moscow. Place was clean, not enough bed covers, though, and you could feel the springs in the mattress stabbing you in the back all night.

We stayed at both Flamingo and Kita Inn bed and Breakfast when we were over in Moscow. They are both in the same building and we swapped between them. They are clean and the staff are happy and helpful.
