The Mosselberg is our favourite hotel in Hermanus. It's designed by some famous architect whose name I can't remember and has a fantastic location overlooking Grotto beach. There are only five rooms - three with sea views. Our host, Nato, was fantastic and gives good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. The breakfasts were the best I have ever had. Layers of delicious fruit and museli followed by a full English. The Mosselberg hotel is suitable for children, though we had the luxury of leaving them behind for the weekend.
