I stayed at the Grace when on a short business trip to Johannesburg and was very happy with it. The service was first-rate; I was picked up from the airport in a gleaming black Merc and looked after throughout my stay by teams of porters and hotel staff. The room was stylish and very spacious and the restaurant served up wonderful food. There is a rooftop garden and as small swimming pool on the roof of the hotel which is a lovely place to sit and relax. You can also eat here. The Grace hotel also offers a complementary car which can take you to local sights and meetings. The hotel is linked to the Rosebank shopping mall by a walk way and if you are staying on a Sunday you can visit the famous shopping market which is held upstairs.
