I'd recommend this hotel for visitors to Bilbao. Obviously, the draw is it's location - opposite the Guggenheim -make sure you ask for a room with a view. Rooms are contemporary and very comfortable. Small details such as a clear plastic bag for the airport (liquids, medication etc) were appreciated. The customer service we received was certainly 5 star. Excellent location.
