Clean but the building should be condemned - Deb & Kez. Date of travel: Sep 2007
The location is great, 5 mins walk from the beach, round the corner from the Yorkshire Pride bar - great food, 10 mins from the main pubs, bars and the square. Our room was clean with fresh towels every morning (put them in the bath if you want them changing) but the building itself was built in 1973 and it shows. The balconies are three feet in height (no good for children) and the room balconies look like they have been tacked on. You don't feel safe on them. The staff are ok - especially the guy that is on in the mornings. The decor is old fashioned - the room looked like a 1973 caravanette.
