We arrived today after travelling down from France to find the bedroom is so noisy that the (awful bland euro style pop) music may as well be in our bedroom. There is no sound proofing, the reception staff are unhelpful, there is a charge for everything from sunbeds (within the hotel complex) to the safe in the room. For a so called 4 star hotel, it is downmarket and unacceptable. Don't go there if you want peace & quiet at any time of the day or night. The service in the outside bar however was good - not a good enough reason to stay here.
