Oasis Park Hotel - Nicola Jones. Date of travel: Nov 1999
Absoloute nightmare. Arrived at the hotel to find that they had over booked and didn't have any room for us. Were moved to a hotel up the road that was supposed to be of same quality. This hotel was really dirty and full of Spanish. Not got a problem with the Spanish but they seem to have with the English in this hotel. Would not book for Oasis Park Hotel again as they are very disorganised and don't understand the complaint, it is seen as a small problem. We see this as a big problem as we had to carry all own luggage to other hotel and this has ruined the start of what was supposed to be a relaxing 2 weeks.
