Hotel Delfin is amazing. My jaw nearly dropped to the floor when I walked into the hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great location in the heart of everything, we didn't even hear much noise from outside because the location is situated far back enough off main drag not to get caught up in it! The hotel boasts a stunning swimming pool area with a waterfall and 2 jacuzzis in. Hotel was very clean. The cleaner was around every morning to clean the rooms and change your towels. Food was good. We went half board, it was the same kind of food in the morning but I don't know how you could really vary it to be honest. There was a good selection of food at night as well. The staff in the restaurant were brilliant, really hands on. As soon as you finished they were in clearing up ready for you to head up to the buffet for another plateful. The entertainment at the hotel was top notch as well, something on every night. Even had a programme during the day. I watched an aerobics class one day wish I hadn't been so lazy and had joined in, some of the older ones could obviously teach me a thing or two - was very entertaining.

Ive been to salou for the last 8 years...They've been the best years of my life! So much to see and so much to do! Fantastic nightlife...Short bus rides to wherever you want to go for the best shopping...20 minutes into Tarragona for some fantastic bargains or to the desginer outlet, where you can see some fantastic architecture and history! There truly is something for everyone in and around Salou. Head to Barcelona for the day. I recommend a visit to the Montjuic Fountains they are stunning! Or for you hardcore adrenalin addicts head to PortAventura themepark and take on the likes of Dragon Khan and Hurakan Condor!! There's several waterparks around as well, you have Caribe Aquatic Park up at PortAventura, or another popular one is Aquapolis where you can see a seal and dolphin show!

This is an absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcomed us straight away. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained and I would say looking around the rest of Salou one of the best. It is a three star hotel but should well be a four star. The rooms were very nice and our room overlooked the pool which was nice. The rooms were cleaned everyday as were the towels. There is a safety deposit box which we got for a small fee and also a TV and telephone. The hotel is a very good choice for families as there are two children's pools and an activity centre and playground for children. The main pool is stunning with its waterfall and two jacuzzi's and has a lifeguard present everyday. We went half board so got breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was mainly eggs, bacon, beans and sausages everyday. Dinner was different things everyday and the food was nice. You get a choice of dessert aswell! Tour Operator: Thomsons
