Just came back from this hotel 25/3/2006. What a nightmare! The hotel is getting refurbished, building work inside and outside of hotel, starts at 9 and finishes at about 6. This wasnt our hotel that we picked. We were supposed to be staying at the Roc Flamingo. Wen we arrived there we were told it was booked and that we had to go to this one. Our first room, the sink was cracked and wouldnt flush away, and it was too noisy, so we asked to be moved, was told there was no rooms available, until the next morning. Went back the following morning, got keys to room 302 that had a big hole in the wall covered by a white sheet, freezing cold, didnt help that it rained 2 days none stop. Went to see manageress,and got room 336 for the last 3 days of our holiday which had just been finished. The pool area was filthy; dirty water in the pool, and only 17 sun beds for the size of the hotel. Food in the hotel wasnt too bad, but it was just warm. The waitresses are pleasant enough. Shame about the hotel. you have been warned, the building work will still be going on until June. Tour Operator: Hays Travel
