I recently had a two week holiday with my wife and son in Caleta de Fuste,on the island of Fuerteventura in the Canary islands. The beach was ideal for young children as it was only waist high for approx 20 metres. The bars and restaraunts were good and plentyful. We stayed in a private apartment that I think once was part of an hotel chain. It had a pool and pool side snack bar,and held eveing entertainment.We have already booked the same dates this september.
