The Monsenor Apartments are cheap and cheerful. They're a great base for those who want to get out and about and explore and are on a budget. If you want to spend most of your time at the hotel and are expecting state of the art facilities you'll be disappointed. For us it was perfect. Yes accommodation was basic, but it was comfortable and clean. There's some great shops, bars and restaurants at the bottom of the hill. Can recommend this hotel.
