The hotel itself is very close to the sea and access to the beach is by a very nice walk along the front. The hotel pool is extremely cold but ok once you're in, and you continuously move! The hotel does have a restaurant and the evening we ate here I was impressed: fast service and very polite. One waiter forgot my order for wine and was shouted at afterwards for it by the manager who removed it from the bill and made sure we were happy :o) The rooms were spacious and had good air conditioning. They were cleaned daily and the balcony provided a nice view of the main road without being noisy in the rooms. I would stay here again although it's on the edge of Playa del Ingles itself, and would like to be further in next time. Despite that, taxi's were ok priced. Walk done me good anyway! Came back from this smashing out of season holiday to show off a fab tan. We enjoyed wearing shorts and T-shirts in December, and will certainly be doing it again. The only problem was the pool water was really cold, but the children braved it a few times. The apartments were most satisfactory: spacious and clean. The resort itself has everything anyone could wish for. We were not there long enough to explore it all, especially the shops. Even though it was out of season we were still a bit bothered by touts and so-called information people, but it was not bad enough to put us off going out and about. The food at the hotel was not that great, but there is a McDonalds down at the beach and a good Chinese nearby which kept the wolf from the door, especially for the youngsters. Tour Operator: Thomson
