I really enjoyed staying at Doble Uve this year. The small complex of only 10 bungalows is profesionally run by an English couple who make you feel very welcome. The bungalows are well fitted out and well maintained. I would recommend these bungalows to all ages. They are in a great spot, just metres from the beach and shops & restaurants in Matagorda.

We visited Doble Uve in November 2005 for 7 day break. Absolutely superb holiday!! We have nothing but compliments for Bob & Marilyn. First class service - very well run bungalows. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked a second holiday in Feb 2006 whilst still on our first weeks break!! Location is excellent - quiet & secluded, but only a few minutes walking distance from numerous restaurants and bars. The nearest supermarket is about a 2 minute walk away.
