The Rubicon Palace Hotel is a 40 min walk from marina/centre. Quite large and great food. Lovely big rooms, helpful staff. Go all inclusive when you can get a deal as it is worth it.

What a lovely stay at the Rubicon - gerat faciltieis, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere. We had gorgeous weather for the most part and spent a lot of time by the pool - with 5 to choose from it never felt too crowded. The beach was also cfairly close by and if a little busy, still worth the walk (there is also a courtesy bus for those reluctant to exercise). We took the ferry (about 15 mins) to Fuerteventura and had a lovely time there - well worth it if in the area. The hotel is big, so anyone looking for something more intimate should go elsewhere, but we really felt the staff made a big effort and the rooms were well maintained, the food excellent and the decor tasteful. All in all, a wonderful, relaxing holiday that we needed desperately!
