We have just got back from Alcudia where we stayed in Delfin Azul Hotel.
We had an absolutely wonderful time the hotel and resort was 100% perfect in every way.
My children age 8 & 10 had a ball of a time with the hotel staff and childrens entertainment, there was Helen, Kelly & Laura in the kids Zone who were wonderful and the hotel animation team was JC, Jay & Kyleigh they was really lovely all of them.
In the restaurant there is a waiter called Pep and he is a really lovely waiter who is wonderful with the kids and always has a smile.
All the other staff are wonderful too and very friendly.
The food was exellent, we went half board and enjoyed every meal with lots of choice.
The hotel & pool is very clean and you have maid service every day.
I will miss them all and will be going back next year for sure xx

We have just returned from a very enjoyable half term break at the DELFIN AZUL Hotel.
My daughters and I really enjoyed our holiday here. The hotel staff are really friendly and speak very good english [ much better than my spanish] :-) .. the hotel is clean and tidy and has air con in the bedrooms, the food was fine and plentyful and Pep the head waiter was always bright and helpful.
The entertainment in the hotel was mostly great (kids disco was fab) and the Thompsons entertainment staff were always ready to spread a little happiness and with the beach only a short distance from the hotel it made for a great holiday.
NOTE : the only 3 down sides to our trip was that (1) we went on the last week of the season and as such a lot of the entertainments in the area were either closing down or had done so already.. (2) the drinks and snacks at the hotel were a little on the expensive side 2.10 euro's for a small glass of cola. (3) mosquitoes ... but I still wouldn't hesitate in going again.

Myself and my husband and our two children (aged 2&6) have just returned from an 11 night stay at Delfin Azul Hotel and we loved it. The hotel was fantastic, especially for the kids. I read many reviews before we went and I find it hard to believe how not one of them mentioned how great James, Katie & Jay were, the entertainment staff employed at the hotel. My Kids loved them, my daughter especially fell in love with James. The kids mini-disco they performed each night was highly amusing. My son was besotted with head waiter Pep who made an effort with every child in the hotel. The food was varied and was very nice, we were very impressed. Towards the end I found I didnt have quite as much choice as I would of liked but I was still happy. The pool was big and at times crowded but I felt quite happy all the same, we chose to sit on the grassed area which was a little more peaceful. There are sunbeds for all though all the same. The entertainment was varied and very good although after 11 nights of it we couldnt help feel every night wasnt necessary, a simple bit of music and dance would of done I think. Sometimes less is more ! But in all I haven't got a bad word to say about the Delfin Azul Hotel. The maid service was great. Clean towels every day which was a huge bonus. And again thanks to James, Katie & Jay. You made the holiday for our kids.. Tour Operator: Thomson

The hotel was nice and the reception staff friendly. We found the pool area a bit of a nightmare as it was rammed with people from am to pm, food was ok but a bit army kitchen for my tastes, but the kids loved it so we/I was happy. As we were in Mallorca for 2 weeks we decided to explore; I decided to rent a car although I had forgotten to bring my driving licence. No car then. It was decided that we would do the trips through the reps desk near reception, although we were advised by another family to go to a place called Carpay near the traffic lights. Much cheaper and the same thing. Would go back to Alcudia. It was great for the kids and no hassle. Tour Operator: Thompson

What a *TERRIBLE* place to stay. Alcudia sucks, this hotel sucks even more.
It's full of drunken people with noisy kids eating plastic food (the only thing you can eat there).
The rooms are dirty, the sheets look like nets, it has loud music everytime.
I stayed 1 night unfortunately.
Sure it's cheap but at what price? I just HATED it.
