We stayed at the Balear hotel last year September and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The hotel has all you need and is clean, offers good value for money and is well located. The staff tended to be helpful and friendly (something which always makes a major difference). All in all, cant beat it for good value and for a good stay in a nice, quiet resort.
