The Floriana hotel is set back from the main strip, but not too far that getting anywhere was a mission - in fact it just meant a more peaceful stay for us. Lovely pool (my wife forced me to get up early our first day and put towels out - even though its not supposedly allowed, but we soon discovered this wasnt really necessary). Lots to explore in the neighbourhood, or just laze the days away at the hotel. We were impressed by the friendly and efficient staff and the clean rooms. Selection of food was decent too. Cala Millor has a nicer beach than Cala Bona, but all in all a lovely resort and the Floriana was a good hotel choice. Vincent and Tammy Reilly.
