My boyfriend and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of Cala Bona - not as built up a resort as some in Mallorca, and more character. the Catalonia Consul hotel where we stayed was very nice, good food, clean rooms and we had a lovely view. We've outgrown our party days so very nice to just relax and enjoy some good restaurants in the town, good walks, etc. We did hear of some people who had things nicked from their rooms, so be careful with your stuff, though we didnt have an problem. The pool can be a little bit crowded, but generally fine and the beach is close anyway. If you are feeling more active, you can get out and about to neighbouring resorts and there are also lots of watersports etc on offer so wont get bored. We had a great time and enjoyed the sunshine and the chance to relax.
