Best holiday ever - Jenny Walters. Date of travel: Apr 2008
Booked a late deal to Magalluf as we were FED UP WITH RAIN AT HOME! Got a good deal at the Fresh Sahara which is clean, the maids every 2nd day. Indoor pool is fantastic for the kids. My policy is pool, bar and eating out. Hotel not to good on the food. Having spoke to the reps (Sam and Danny are great) we asked were they ate and we went to The Cottage. They were right... we were made welcome, the staff are really nice and helpful but best of all the food is fantastic. Must be the best place to eat in Magalluf. Breakfast for under €3, roast beef dinner for just over €5 and the food is hot. They do a special on a Sunday were you get 3 course for just over €10. They helped make our holidays and we are back again in October but this time for 2 weeks.

Fiesta Sahara was great as all the staff were friendly and the maids came regularly. After partying in Magaluf all night the last thing you want is to go by the pool lay out and have 10 yr olds screaming around you with plastic balls being chucked at your head! but besides that for the bargain price the apartment was clean and had good air conditioning so it was satisfactory.

Don't book the Fiesta Sahara hotel unless you are under 25 and don't have children!! The place is packed with 18-30 holidaymakers who are just here to drink and party all night. The Fiesta Sahara apartments would be really nice if it wasn't for this, good rooms and nice staff. The advantage of having the place packed with teenagers is that they dont get up til late, so breakfast is good, and sun beds unclaimed. The pool is large and clean and great til about midday. The beach is also quite close. The Fiesta Sahara apartments are quite well located really and near enough to restaurants and shops etc. We ate at Casablancas every day, great staff and lovely food. It's on the main strip.

On arrival the hotel looked nice, but when we got to the room there were ants on the floor and fag burns in the bed, not the best start to your hol. Maids only cleaned room once and we were there for a week. Overall staff friendly and reps great. Tour Operator: Skytours
