Hotel itself is very basic and is in need of modernisation. After reading reports on the Internet before we left we were worried about what to expect. However, the management were fine and they do run a tight ship, but they have to as there are so many people around. We stayed on the 9th floor, which was a bit scary but have to say very quiet, the lower down you are the noisier it gets. The apartments are on a plot of land called Magalluf Playa Complex, it consists of reception, supermarket, pool, pool bar and Tom Brown restaurant (Magalluf chain of restaurants), take aways and a bar. The complex is open to the public, so people come to the pool who are not staying there, which is why it gets really busy round the pool. Have to say we went to the beach every day as it was like a catwalk show around the pool and also full of men. We all thought we would have to pay a deposit when we arrived for breakages, but we didn't get asked so we didn't mention it! All in all the apartments are good for the money you pay and the location is 10/10, right next to BCM and BCM square and about 5 minute walk to the beach.

Stayed in Magalluf Playa, very dirty place, had to wear something on your feet all the time as they would be black from the dirt on the floor! Maids came twice in the 10 days we were there. Couldn't look out of your balcony incase ou were hit on the head as people threw stuff over, seen a matress coming down one time!
