My apartment was right at the top of a very a very steep hill which i didn't mind walking down as the strip was right at the bottom of it. It was a nice room, very spacious and clean. The apartments were very clean and there was always somebody at reception if you needed anything. The pool bar was nice aswell with plenty of tables and chairs. The food was nice aswell.

June 2006: Me and 5 of my mates embarked on an adventure that would change our lives forever, we were going away as a group of lads for the first time. No girls! But most importantly no parents! The Waikiki apartments were the perfect location to crash and chill during the day, although the pool bar shuts rather early there are shops near by that will supply you with all your alcohol needs. The bar street is a 2 mintue walk away from the hotel but it is via a rather steep hill but when your off ya face its funny trying to get back up it. The apartments are really strict on noise so if you do want a nice quiet night in then you wont be disturbed by any teenage tearaways like me and my friends, i think we over stepped the mark once in 2 weeks when we took it upon ourselves to skinny dip in the pool at 5:30am. Not the best idea considering the security guy was stood watching us, lol, all fun and games, they just warned us if it happened again we would be out.... The rep from the apartments was awesome as well and she didnt pester us into buying any of the excursions - she clearly just stated the days and nights out, told us the price and said it was down to us. I would 100% recommend the apartments to anyone between the ages of 18 - 25 - if you are a little older or have kids then I would choose to stay at the hotel right behind it, which had live entertainment everynight which we enjoyed from our balcony, the god damm crazy frog song!!!!!) Ahhhhh but anyways these apartments are great fun and clean nice all round place, 8/10 from me and the lads, and if you're planning to go there in June 2007 then you shall be seeing me!
