Hi, the Bonanza Aparthotel was lovely and quiet. Pool was very clean and served lovely food all day at pool side. Very surprised that the rooms were cleaned every day and clean towels also. If there were any issues the staff were so nice to make up for it. The location was perfect as it was only a ten minute walk.

Me and my fella went on our first holiday to Tenerife. Rep never turned up to the welcome meeting. We went on our first night out to the Veronicas strip - had an ok night, like a hot Blackpool. As we didn't know the place very well at all, we walked back the same way we had come earlier in the evening. Locals came over to my boyfriend, bottled him across the face and walked away as if they had just shook his hand. I had to carry him into the main street and a local cafe worker helped us call an ambulance as the bar staff didn't want to know and the police rarely go there. We lost half our holiday money by having to pay for an ambulance and hospital treatment - 12 stitches across his face. We were later told by the rep that we shouldn't have gone down to Veronicas, as the back of it has a broken down building where homeless people hide out - they will rob you (and kill you) if necessary. Needless to say we were very lucky, but I would never go back. Full of idiots getting drunk and then beaten up or robbed - very little help is available when it happens too. Hell on earth.

Bonanza is close to the Bus stop but is a 10 minute walk to most of the main Irish pubs we visited.
There is a night club right beside it though, and some English bars for football fans. The rooms have no tv but are well serviced by friendly staff. The pool is of moderate size and clean,
There was entertainment in the hotel but was not very well attended, only about 10 people most nights.
Reported wash basin faulty on first night, no one ever came to fix it. Tour Operator: Falcon
