We had to change the room twice and finally drove to leave because larger groups of Swedish people arrived and wish to have a room. The landlord war obviously interested in money only. Worst service we ever have experienced!

We rented two different privately owned cottages- one near Stockholm and one near the Norwegian border (Charlottenberg).
The first had animal skins (bear and wild boar) all over the walls. It also stank of wood preservative. The second was just plain dirty- in need of total renovation.
Maybe we were very unlucky but the Swedes seem willing to put up with such things. I certainly wouldn`t risk it again. Tour Operator: DFDS
