I have absolutely no complaints with the Carlton Hotel in St Moritz. This place is run so smoothly. Everything was great from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. I've stayed at other 5-star hotels but this was something else - way beyond what I've experienced at other hotels. The location is stunning, I think just about every room has a view that will literally take your breath away, the food was delicious and hot and always on time, the service of the staff was impeccable. It never seemed at all forced at all with any of the staff we encountered. From our butler to the reception staff to the waiters in the restaurant. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If we hadn't got our stay on a special deal I would be here all the time! Definitely the most perfect accommodation for a romantic stay in St Moritz.
