The Loeffler Hotel was ok. There was nothing particularly special about this hotel that would make one want to rave about it, but I didn't have a completely terrible experience either. It was quite noisy, the reception staff were friendly but could be quite short with you if you wanted anything more than they were prepared to help you with. The hotel was also really far from the centre of town and the trains etc. the food in the restaurant was ok, but if I were you I'd look to stay somewhere else.
