Sunhill Hotel was great, I just got back and I would love to go again. We stayed for 10 days and that was about the time you would start to get a little bit bored. The waiters were so nice and friendly, and the staff were so nice. If you walk down the hill there is a very friendly bar and restaurant called CHEERS, and they show football on their TVs so you can catch up on the latest premier league scores. Shopping is great, there is a lot for everyone and all very cheap. The hill isn't that bad when you get used to it. If you don't mind walking up a hill it is fine and there are a lot of steps in the hotel but you also get used to them. The food is good, would not recommend to vegetarians, there was a lot of chicken and rice. At night if you were planning to stay in, the bar is great, the people are very friendly. During the day there are darts and water polo. You can get your pictures taken and they are very good, like professional photos, just very cheap. The pool is good, it had a slide which entertains the children and the other part of the pool is good for swimming. There were a lot of nationalities there, like Dutch and French, and it was very fascinating to hear them speak their language. We made friends with some English people as well who were very friendly. Over all I would definitely go again. I would recommend to every person I know. The best holiday ever.

Sunhill Hotel has too many stairs, same menu, manager not UK friendly. Bring a rope to get up the steps - not a holiday.

I'm just back from Sunhill Hotel and it was brilliant! Food was nice, waiters were nice too. We all enjoyed it. From our balcony we could see a good view and lovely lights and the hotel was always clean and the way it was set out, it was just brilliant. I would love to go back there because I really liked it and I have nothing to complain about. It was a really nice hotel and location.

Me and my boyfriends stayed at the Sun Hill for 2 weeks. The hotel was very nice, always tidy, and all staff very friendly with good English. The food was not the best as it was mostly Turkish, however it was ok, and was eatable. The Sun Hill hotel was in a fantastic location, 2 mins away from the centre, 5min away from the beach, so you never got bored. the nightlife was brill and clubs shut at around 6 in the morning. there is alot of steps in the hotel, which can be very tiring, and there are two steep hills which you have to walk up every time you go out, however we new this before we booked. Overall we had an amazing holiday, and we dont have any complaints about the hotel, would definitly go back.

Me and my partner and four year old daughter stayed at the Sunhill Hotel for 1 week in May and found that there weren't enough sun loungers by the pool and seats in the restaurant for the amount of people in the hotel, so if going in main season you would have to be up at 6am "I'm not joking" to get a lounger as there are a lot of German and Dutch staying here and you are not allowed to keep loungers or the staff will take your towels. Also I found very poor for an all inclusive as there is only Turkish food served in restaurant, there are burgers and chips served at the pool bar but only between 1pm and 5pm so most nights we had to eat out. And if you go out of the hotel there is a really big hill so I would suggest a taxi back up unless you're very fit. There's also no entertainment in the evenings except on a Thursday when there was a snake show and belly dancer which is not my idea of entertainment. I think for all inclusive there should be entertainment every night. The rooms were kept tidy and had clean bed linen and towels every day, though there is only a shower in the rooms so not ideal for washing small children. The staff are very friendly and would suggest you have photos taken with the on-site photographer "Mr happy" he takes about 200 photos and you don't have to buy but are only 3.00 a photo. I would definitely go back to Gumbet as it's a lovely place and the locals are great. Paddy's Bar and Sami Beach Bar are the best, the staff are amazing, the weather is great and beach is lovely. There are free sunloungers on beach and the staff in the beach hotels wait on you hand and foot fetching drinks and food to your sun loungers. Even though I wouldn't go back to Sunhill Hotel I would definitely go back to Gumbet and stay in a hotel by the beach as they are fab!

We went to Sunhill Hotel in May with 2 children age 6 and 4. Well what can I say I was really disappointed when we got there. Don't get me wrong it was nice but there were more steps than a little and 2 big hills to walk up every time you went out. There are steps to your room steps to the pool steps to the bar and more steps to the restaurant. We were knackered by the time we got anywhere. The rooms were nice and clean and were cleaned every day. The food was basically Turkish or something there wasn't any English food to choose. And a lot of the stuff wasn't labelled up so you had to guess what it was. There wasn't much choice for kids either. You had to pay for all your ice creams even though it was all inclusive and they were more than double the price of the nearest shop. The snacks consisted of burger and chips which was every day. If you wanted crisps or anything you had to pay. So just be warned make sure you take plenty of money if you've got kids. The best thing about this place is the view you get - it was amazing.
