I really struggle to agree with some of the reviews below, here are my thoughts on my stay at the Rosy Hotel in glorious June 2010. My sea view room at the front if the hotel was, at first sight, very nice but later discovered incredibly noisy. The ‘sea view’ overlooked a busy road and late night café/bars before it reached its views of the sea. In the end I downgraded to a smaller room at the back of the hotel half way through my stay in order to get a full nights sleep. The rooms at the back on floors 1 and 2 are much cooler at night, quieter and overlook some trees which is pleasant and also get the morning sun on the balcony until around 11.30am. Rooms on the third floor are on the rooftop alongside the pool and bar area, so again, to be avoided if you need peace in the day as the music can get pretty loud. The cost of the rooms is cheap at first glance but expect to pay extra for everything including air con and safe, etc. There is no hot water in the morning/early afternoon as it is heated by solar panels (reception will spin you some line about a fault and getting it fixed on Monday) and if you want to have a hot shower in the evening, be quick, 5.30pm is the best time before everyone has theirs and that will be your lot for the day! The package breakfast isn't served at the hotel, you'll have to trot about 5-10mins down a hill and along the sea front to the Rosy Restaurant for your platter of olives, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese triangle and mountain of bread and jam (handy for lunch later). Although saying that you can't take any of your own food or drink to the pool area including drinking water as they want you to buy from their bar. The house keeping allegedly changes the sheets every three days and cleans the room daily. Unfortunately, the Lousy's idea of house keeping is to dust and mop the floor only. They do not wash dishes, replace or even tidy towels, make the bed or do pretty much anything for that matter. In fact, I was hard pushed to tell if they had visited my room at all until I was forced to bring it to their attention. In the studio rooms there is a tiny kitchenette which has the basic cooking utensils and some crockery. Unfortunately, it becomes filthy very quickly unless you are willing to buy tea towels, washing up liquid and cloths because none of these things are supplied and as previously mentioned they don't clean for you (Tip: unless you complain to reception about diminishing hygiene levels). Overall, it felt more like a youth hostel than a hotel and like Easy Jet it will get you from A to B without any frills and even the very basic requirements will cost you extra. Personally, if you favour having hot water I would pay a little more and stay somewhere else. PS any issues can be emailed to the owner, Aysun Akcagul, who won't be in the slightest bit interested in your complaints.

We stayed at the Hotel Rosy Studios for two weeks in may and loved every second. The apartment we stayed in was a privately owned apartment with everything we needed (safebox, shower, kitchen, balcony, air-con,) The hotel is very well run, very clean and all the staff are very helpful and most are fluent English speakers . Rosy's pool area are very well maintained and the pool and ROSY Restaurant are very reasonably priced. Rosy Restaurant is the best restaurant in Ladies Beach...WE will definitely be returning to the ROSY Apartment again as when we were talking to other families at the pool we found out we had got our apartment for quite a lot cheaper and special than anyone else... Special Rosy Studios had so all in all a great place for families, couples and singles.
