Due to my and my wife's busy work schedules this thank you is very late. We had a lovely holiday at Best Western Acropol Hotel this past May for two weeks (May 5 thru 19/07) I have to congratulate the hotel for being so super and having such super staff! From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were so well looked after it was like a second home. We would like to commend Fatih who is such a hard worker and super person. From the time he picked us up at the airport and throughout our holiday he was always so helpful and such a gentleman. Also Derya who welcomed us and also assisted us in changing our room to one at the front of the hotel with a lovely balcony. Again all of the front desk managing staff were always there with a smile and very professional administration and help. The breakfasts we enjoyed for two weeks were like being in heaven the food and service were second to none. The staff both at the breakfast room and rooftop restaurant and bar were great! We look forward to travelling back to Turkey next year and would love to stay at the Hotel Acropol again. Till next year thank you to managment and the staff!

Small room, needs renovation. Bathroom very poor. Small tv with only CNN and BBC. Very noisy room, thin walls. Not a 4-star hotel.
