The location of the Greenworld Apartments is ideal for high season in that there is air conditioning for £25.00 per week. Also the hills restrict the time in direct sun. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It being our first visit to Turkey means it will definitely not be our last. The pool is excellent. The bar/kitchen service very friendly and attentive.

Club Greenworld is a fantastic hotel which is situated right at the back of the Old Village in Icmeler. The place is huge, with 3 outer swimming pools, a fitness gym, a Turkish bath, a massage centre and a mini market to name but a few things. Unfortunately the hotel seemed to forget to tell us that they were going to charge us an extra £10 for a safety deposit box we didn't even have and another £25 for Air-conditioning that didn't work. We did bring this problem up with the hotel staff, who fixed the AC. Fixed it for one night. We were refused a refund on the AC. Along with that we seemed to have a rather large ant problem in our room and the shower was not fixed to the wall so it swung round everytime you turned it on. We were offered a room change but not until 2 days before we were due to leave. Upsetting. The staff on the other hand, were very friendly people. Well, apart from making you feel guilty that you didn't spend all day by the pool. I like to see things when I go away and should not be made to feel like I should cram everything into an evening when the pool boy says "Its funny, you're leaving already and I have only seen you by the pool 3 times". The information board had everything you needed to know on it so there was no reason to wait inside the hotel for a Rep, you could go off and enjoy your day in the town. However, I would not visit this hotel again. It is 5-8 minutes away from town on a Dolmus, which is far too far to go if you want a late dinner and I would definately prefer to be inside the action within the main town so I did not have to plan what time I would be leaving to catch the bus back. Well I stayed here in May 2006 what a brilliant holiday we had. The apartments were excellent,staff were very good and if you had any problems they sorted them out straight away. There was a jewellerys on site which had lovely stuff and at good prices you should visit ozzy for ur jewellery these apartments were so so clean and being away up in the forest was also good as it ment it was very quiet and relaxing if thats what ur after also they were very freindly towards chilren i will definetely be going back to Club Greenworld and Icmeler again this year and next year again.
