I stayed at The Royal Plaza Hotel this August for 2 weeks. Truthfully, it is not very Royal, but it is not as bad as I thought it would be from reading some of the reviews. The rooms are basic, but our sheets and towels were changed every 3 days, which is more often than I do them at home! The staff were all very helpful, especially the little girl on reception, work experience I think! The bar manager, Sylvia, was also particually lovely. Very helpful, always smiling, and never cheeky with our bar tab! The pool area was well maintained, with plenty of Lilos and bouancy aids for those who are not good swimmers. The baby pool was very small though. I wouldnt recommend the breakfast, it was really quite unpleasant but there are plenty of restaurants around to choose from. Hope you enjoy your holiday as much as we did!
