Booking a group reservation to Holland House was easy but the after service was dreadful. After phoning 3 times to ask for a confirmation e-mail to be sent, I still had not received an e-mail or a telephone call. I called again and only when I asked to speak to a manager was the rooms confirmed. I tried to contact the hotel for 5 days previous to my visit to confirm numbers etc to be told no-one was available to change my booking. Four days before my visit I eventually managed to speak to someone in reservations who told me that they had sold my rooms because I had not confirmed numbers. Only when I asked to speak to a manager was I told that they were able to sell the rooms to me again as they had overbooked! Awful service, terrible manners and the lady I spoke to last was very rude. I will NEVER stay here again and am in the process of complaining to the Head Office.
