I was ready for a great vacation away from work and boy did I get a wake up call. The Hard Rock Hotel place is full of rude people, under qualified management personnel, steer far away from this place on your vacation dream and save yourself from some heartache. I checked out the same day I checked in and headed to a Disney resort. Big difference, these people seem to know that their job is to make you a preferred guest.
