DO NOT stay at the Ramada Limited in Beaumont,Texas. It is an old, worn down property behind a truck stop. If that was all that was wrong, it wouldn't be so bad. The room was clean. That was a bonus. The remote control did not work and the shower head was rusty. The room was clean--except ugly grime on the hair dryer. yes, I'm picky. The smell of pot permeated the place the night we got there. The night staff was friendly and the housekeeping staff was not. I felt scared by the staff and guests. There was a small pool, but I didn't use it, it didn't look bad, but we just wanted to leave ASAP the next morning. We got a cheap internet rate--it was what we paid for. Tour Operator: self
