We are writing to thank all the staffs of Pacific Hotel as well as Pacific Travel for their hospitality while we were there, especially to Hana Bui. You had arranged us a wonderful trip to Ha Long Bay. We spent a night on the boat "Classic Sails" we like the captain and all the crews even though they didn't speak English much. We did enjoy the trip to Sapa by train, it was tiring but it was worthy. Your hotel is situated at a quite handy location, a big food court, restaurants, shops and railway station near by. We liked the breakfast you had provided, we loved it very much. If we have the opportunity to Hanoi again, Surely we choose to stay with you again. Thank again to all of you and best regards.

I stayed at Hanoi Pacific Hotel, I paid US$20 for a single room via the Internet and it was a really large nice room with a sofa, working desk. Nice bathroom and a very comfortable bed as well, nicely furnished nothing to complain at all. Also very nice restaurants in the area " Quan An Ngon ". Loved it one of the best hotels I ever stayed at! If you want to stay at the Pacific Hotel Hanoi I would recommend booking in advance. Cheers! Tom from Australia

The Hanoi Pacific Hotel is very clean, modern, and most of all quiet. The location is great - right in the heart of the Old Quarter and where all the action is. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, The buffet breakfast was great and had many choices to choose. I highly recommend Pacific Hotel.

Sawasdee ka: Welcome to Hanoi, my first time in vietnam I really liked it. We stayed at Pacific Hotel form the first day until we left. The first plan we would like to stay only one night. But the location and the staff are very nice. They are very helpful. Also we enjoyed the food and the other service. Next time if we can come back here we will stay here again. We were travelling from France and it was our first time in Hanoi. We went to the Pacific Hotel. We've been before in Thailand and Laos and so we try plenty of hotels and guesthouses in those countries, we were really glad to get in this new hotel after all the cheap rooms we've been in. We really appreciated our overstay here, the staff were professional, particulary friendly and very helpful. The hotel is set in right in the middle of the old quarter, near literature temple. The relationship between price and quality is good, rooms are lovely, very nice decoration and we can use internet, get tea or coffee at any time of the day for free.

If you're a traveller with limited time and need an excellent place to stay at, I'd highly recommend the Pacific Hotel in Hanoi. They have a warm and courteous staff with nice rooms and is centrally located in the city. It is in the Old Quarter and conveniently close to everything, including shopping, Hoan Kiem lake, and the train station. What I like the most was the staff and customer service. They always know who you are and greet you with a smile or handshake - they even gave me an unsuspecting early morning wake-up call just so that I would not miss my bus to a tour I'd booked through the hotel. Speaking of tour, the Pacific Hotel even custom-tailored designed a one person tour for me to Sapa on last minute notice. I only had a day to spend in Sapa, so Mr. Vi Nguyen made a couple of calls and was able to book, sent me overnight via train and I was in Sapa the next morning (tickets, meals, transportation, English speaking guide, etc.). When I arrived at my destination, there was a person there waiting to take me to the meeting point and he introduced me to my local personal guide and we were on our way. I wish I had more time for trekking in Sapa (due to time limitation), but got to see what I thought was the essence of it since I was on motorbike the entire day - the culture, scenery, villages, and ethnic tribal people. Overall, I was really impressed with the package and highly recommend it for anyone with a time restraint.
