I was travelling on business to Hanoi and my PA booked this accommodation for me. I found my room to be very clean, spacious and relaxing, especially after a busy day. The hotel was also close to where most of my meetings were centred so all in all I was very happy with this accommodation. The Vietnamese are very friendly and kind, especially at Santa Hanoi Hotel and when I'm in Hanoi again I'll definitely stay here.
