Good hotel but bad tour service - Hashools. Date of travel: Mar 2007
Location is good and very near Hoan kiem lake, the receptionists may be unhappy to give you a answer for tour information when you ask for tour details, they book through open tour at coffee street and get both high commission and overcharge...we see the group tour on the vietnam travel guide we found much different, the hotels charge a lot and the room rate is much cheaper.
