If you are looking to experience the feelings of a caged animal, the Livingstone Holiday home is the place for you! Small, cramped room in a dirty property with cobwebs and dirty walls everywhere, out of the way of the regular taxi routes and a long walk out of town. And, on the first day, we had no hot water! All this, at a higher cost than you would pay for other better properties in the area. After one night, we checked out. The owner insisted that we had to pay 50% for the other nights that we had originally booked and I felt that he should refund us the money that we had already paid! I did not ask for a refund and offered to pay 5% for the other nights. The owner still insisted that he would not give us back our luggage unless we paid up. I told him to call the police if he was not happy because I was not going to give him any more money.
I really do not recommend this place to anyone.
