JAPAN HOLIDAY REVIEWS
Japan
Japan is an island country of soft landscapes, advanced technology and busy modern cities, embracing the 21st Century with a veneer of old world traditions that demand strict etiquette and gentility. A holiday in Japan is a fascinating study of contrasts, from dining on sushi or taking tea with white-faced geisha girls under the cherrymore

Once I travelled to Osaka in Japan and found it a beautiful place. Japan is a bit costly but a nice place in every context. I also attended a tea ceremony in which we drank tea in Japanese style. Here you can shop from hyaku yen shops where you can buy anything at the price of hyaku yen. Onsen is one of the attractions in Japan. Don't miss it.

I travelled to Narita, Japan. I stayed at the ANA hotel, a short way out of Narita. There are free buses that take you from most hotels into downtown Narita. Narita is a small place but within easy travelling to Tokyo. It is also not as expensive as staying in Tokyo, so makes a good base. There is a Buddhist Temple that is quite beautiful. The Temple grounds are tended well and are everything you'd imagine from a Japanese garden. Also there is no ojection to you sitting in on a Buddhist service, which i did. I'm not particularly religeous, but did enjoy it. Narita is very clean and tidy, as you'd expect, and is a great base to pop into Tokyo. Night life's bloody great too.... i think!!!
