We travelled for 7 days with our son and his Taiwanese wife, criss crossing the island. Had a wonderful time on Green Island, off Taiwan coast. Visited Hualien, Kenting, Taipei, Kaoshiung and their city, Taichung. Roads and highways are in a very good condition but mountain passes are more daring. The Taiwanese people are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their beautiful gardens and parks.
