Variety adds spice to life, and certainly makes for a zesty holiday in Ontario, Canada’s vast southern province packed with all sorts of experiences from mighty rivers, dozens of waterfalls and great lakes to dazzling cities, including the country’s largest metropolis, Toronto. Ontario is bordered by the United States in the south, where the Niagaramore Falls are a world-famous attraction shared with the USA’s New York State, although most agree the view is best from the Canadian side.
