Kentucky
There is a great deal more to enjoy on a holiday in Kentucky besides southern fried chicken! The “Bluegrass State”, so-named for the variety of grass which blankets its fields, is also famed for its horses and bourbon whisky, and boasts numerous historic and natural attractions, including 50 state parks. Kentucky is in the mid-easternmore area of the United States, hemmed in by seven other states on its borders.
