Santorini is probably the most beautiful island I've ever seen! The view of the caldera is so incredible that I can't even describe it, the people are friendly and the food so tasty that I returned home a bit heavier! There are many beautiful locations, great restaurants and bars, museums and archaeological sites. I can't wait to go back!

Santorini is an island I will be visiting again. The views are spectacular from Imerovigli, where the Krokos Villas are located. Overlooking the Caldera from the balcony with a bottle of local wine watching the cruise ship arrive and depart was just so relaxing. The weather was superb and the locals very friendly. The villas are basic, clean and the service was excellent. Oia is worth a visit, but go everywhere by the bus which is cheap and don't hire a car, it's not worth it. Fira is busy when the cruise ships are in por but the town copes admirably. A place to enjoy the Greek way of life.......I will be going back for some more of it! Tour Operator: Olympus

Santorini was one of the best locations we have ever gone to. Very romantic, with great places to eat and enjoy a drink. The views were out of this world, with the sunset over Oia providing a magical moment we shall remember forever. Tour Operator: Kosmar

Santorini was great for views, but not really a beach destination which everyone has failed to mention. It's black or red sand and when you stand in the water you can't see your legs, let alone the bottom! Definately not for snorkelling if that's what you enjoy. If you go by boat, be wary of people that pitch their hotels to you saying "with pool". After many years of travelling round Greece, it's only in Santorini that I realised WHY these hotels have pools. We were promised a sea-view, which we got, but was an hour walk and a 20 minute bus ride away! Once on the main "plain" of Santorini it is very flat and hot.
