San Matteo Hotel, Santa Caterina. - S. Thomas. Date of travel: Feb 2006
Advertised as a family friendly hotel we were very shocked at the attitude of the owners towards children of all ages. There was nothing for them to do in the hotel. They made their own recreation by watching DVD's on a portable player from home, watching TV but only programmes selected by the owners as the remote was taken away from them and playing within the hotel or outside in the snow, all of which where frowned upon in a big way! The food was excellent and if you don't have children a pleasant place to stay. Tour Operator: My Travel
