• COSTA BRAVA HOLIDAY REVIEWS

Costa Brava
South of the border between France and Spain, north of Barcelona, Costa Brava is a hundred-mile long stretch of coast which has managed to retain its natural beauty while at the same time catering for floods of tourists who come on holiday to sample its delights. In between buzzing modern resorts lie traditional fishing villagesmore
All of Costs Brava - Paul Roberts. Date of travel: May 2008
Been to Costa Brava 3 times going again on the 3..5..2008. Can't wait its all good clean and tidy clean hotels I all ways stay in Htop hotel about 12 all together all linked up and every time you pass 1 you can go in and drink, eat, use all their things, pool, bars, ect. Don't pay anymore money out and that's how I got to see a lot of Costa Brava nice clean place. Too many people moan and you always get them no matter where you go.
The Wild Coast - Mark Saunders. Date of travel: Jul 2007
The Wild Coast
The Costa Brava stretches along the Spanish coast from the French border in the north down to the resort of Blanes, just north of Barcelona. Costa is also known as the Wild Coast and is lined with some wonderful beaches. The better known resorts include Aiguablava, Blanes, Calella, La Pineda, Lloret de Mar, Roses and Tossa de Mar, but there are also smaller, less developed ones which retain more of a Spanish flavour. Most tourists going on holiday to Costa Brava fly to Barcelona, though some travel to Gerona. If you can hire a car and venture into the interior, away from the coast - you'll find some really stunning countryside, beautiful towns and lovely unspoilt villages where you can enjoy some good restaurants and local markets. Here's a picture of Gerona.
Definately would go agian...infact booked to go back later in august 2007.....will be third time round..!! - Muskaan and Sonia. Date of travel: Jul 2007
Costa Brava was brilliant! If you are into the nightlife and you want the relaxing days it's perfect! I've been twice and I'm going back...never a dull moment!!
Santa Susana - Casey. Date of travel: Jul 2007
The Santa Susana is a really good place to go shopping. There is a fun fair there which you can go to at a night. Lots of the people in the shops are really friendly. There is a beach near the shops but it's like the rock sand you can get. The ocean is really clear and there is rocks there which you can jump off. There are realy big strong waves which is really fun to mess around in!
Very hot - Alan Steward. Date of travel: Jul 2004

I would highly recommend visiting the Costa brave during the festival of San Juan. It occurs around the last weekend in June and the fireworks and celebrations are fantastic. Would recommend Palamos and La Fosca as unspoilt and beautiful resorts. Tour Operator: Cosmos
